Incentives

 RECITALS:

We offer 2 recitals a year for our students to have an opportunity to perform in front of a live audience.  These are not mandatory, but our a great event for most of our students to show off what they have learned and get a chance for a lot of applause!  Our recitals are never perfect and many of our students make mistakes, but no one judges and everyone is there just to enjoy different tastes and styles of music.  

 Points/Prize Program:

Our school ages students are offered a points earning system where they can earn points for passing off songs or exercises and points depending on if they practice at least 5 days a week.  These points can be exchanged for all kinds of fun prizes and treats.  We have a great scholastic library of books they can earn, or arts and crafts, games, little toys or candy.  Kids have fun saving up points for larger or more exciting prizes at times and they know they can earn more points if they practice more days or pass off more music in their books or learn more chords depending on the instrument learned.
